Pastor Scott loves people, and his main goal in life is to be "Jesus with skin on!" He would like to see Kannapolis and the surrounding areas changed for the better. Some of his loves behind Jesus are singing, playing golf, and spending time with his family. Pastor Scott is married to Selina Wheeler, and they have three beautiful children. He has now been in ministry for sixteen years and is excited to see what God has in store for Kannapolis First Wesleyan in the future!
Scott has been on staff here at First Wesleyan for ten years. He has a passion for creating a powerful worship environment for all through different avenues such as music, drama, art, and technology. He has been married to his wife, Laura, for eight years, and they have two wonderful dogs. Currently, Scott is pursuing his ordination in the Wesleyan Church. Here at Kannapolis First Wesleyan, Scott leads the Worship Choir, Youth Choir, and the Praise Band.
